We challenge you to NOT think of this as a diet. Diets stir up thoughts and feelings of starvation, hunger, and what you CAN’T have. This is not the case. What you will experience is a change in the way your body stores and consumes abnormal body fat- the “weight” that is locked away and not available to the body as food when needed. When your body consumes an average of 1 pound of this body fat a day, you are getting 2000-3000 calories from that fat. Add the 1000-1200 calories of ingested food each day, and you are getting anywhere from 2800-4000 calories a day. You are not being deprived in any way during this process.
What you eat:
Breakfast: Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Stevia and Xylitol may be used.
You can have either egg whites or a selected fruit from the fruit list.
Late Morning snack and afternoon snack:
One Crostini or one Melba toast (60 calories). Plus, on of the fruits from the selected food list such as one apple or orange.
Lunch and Dinner each consisting of:
4-6 oz of low fat protein from the food list and one type of vegetable from the food list prepared in HCG style recipes that will be provided for you when you sign up.
YOU WILL NOT BE HUNGRY IF YOU STAY ON PROGRAM AND THINGS THAT WILL MAKE YOU HUNGRY WOULD BE HIDDEN SUGAR, ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS OR PROCESSED FOODS.
Sample Schedule of Food Intake:
Morning-Coffee or tea with egg white omelets
10:00 am- 1 fruit and 1 Crostini or Melba toast serving
12-1:00pm-6 oz of chicken (precooked) or 4 oz after cooking and spinach salad with HCG dressing
12:30pm-tea from program list (green, black etc)
3:00pm-hand full of strawberries with 1 Crostini or Melba toast serving
3:30 tea from program list (green tea, black tea etc)
5-6:00pm- 6 oz of 90% lean or leaner beef burger with side of tomato soaked in apple cider vinegar
9:00pm- Chamomile tea to help with sleep
Considerations while on the program:
*The juice of one lemon is allowed daily for all purposes.
*The only allowable oil is a few drops of olive oil for cooking and Pam spray. No butter or prepackaged dressing may be used. You may use sea salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, mustard powder, garlic sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram or other spices.
*Absolutely no fruit juices.
*Drink about 1 gallon of water a day, including the tea’s on program, coffee, lemon water, mineral water or just plain water. NOTE: The body is inclined to store more water when your daily intake is low…. You need water to flush toxins from the system during this program.
*Meals can be broken up if you have a greater need for meals such as breaking up vegetables as snacks rather than with meal. Do not be tempted to combine vegetables and fruits. If you begin to feel weak or tired in any way contact A &J Healthy Lifestyles for guidance 504-231-4802.
*No variations other than those listed or authorized after a consult may be used.
*Do not attempt to pursue this program without the use of the Uber formula. The result will be hunger, lethargy, and you will consume normal fat and muscle tissue rather than the abnormal fat being targeted.
*You must track portions and weight yourself while at the same time observe the changes in YOUR UNIQUE BODY as you do the program. What you see in the mirror can be better then what you read on a scale!!!!
*Note:Eat everything as described. DO NOT SKIP MEALS! The people that skip meals do not do as well on the program. You will not benefit or lose any extra weight by doing so. You will not lose more weight by simply eating more vegetables and eating less meat or protein. Always have a protein and a vegetable with lunch and dinner. Those who only have a piece of chicken for lunch do not do as well on the program. Remember your body needs this healthy fuel even though you’re getting additional calories from your fat reserves every day.
DON’T STRESS OR WASTE TIME COUNTING CALORIES. Just follow this protocol and it will work for you!
